Our Art Therapy programs are designed to encourage self exploration through the creative process by using various forms of art, resulting in the exploration of feelings and emotions, development of social skills, help reduce anxiety, increase self-esteem and self-awareness, and more.

Art Therapy sessions typically last between one and two hours, based on the needs of your group. They may take place on location at the Garrett Museum of Art or our outreach coordinator, Kasey, will lead your sessions on site or at a location convenient to you.
