Artists are responsible for proper delivery of their artwork, including coordinating delivery/pickup times; artists who live out of the area are responsible for proper shipping, handling, and insurance of their artwork. This includes any applicable costs, such as transport, hotel stay, framing, and other items. The museum is not responsible for these costs.
