IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Please rename your image files with your last name and artwork title, e.g. Smith_Trees, Smith_FullMoon, Smith_RedBarn. Images should be 72dpi and 1500px on the longest side for ease of submission. This form is a bulk-uploader, which means you can select all of your image files and upload them at one time, rather than individually.
Additionally, please upload a Word doc or PDF of your Artwork Inventory. It must include a thumbnail image of each artwork along with the corresponding artwork title, medium, dimensions, and price – if NFS, include value for insurance purposes.
