    • This information is required for submission verification, insurance purposes, and labeling.
    • Requirements for Artwork Inventory:
      • thumbnail image of each artwork
      • title, medium, year created, dimensions, price
        • If your work is not for sale, please include its value for insurance purposes.

The artwork inventory and proper labeling of image files is non-negotiable. Work is accepted through this form only.

Please note: you are responsible to ensure correct spelling. Labels will be printed as spelled in your inventory list.
