Creek Chub Bait Co.

The Garrett Museum of Art will have antique fishing lures from the historic Creek Chub Bait Co. on display, beginning August 12, 2017.

Join us for their dedication of the official Indiana State Historic Marker along the right-of-way at 109-111 E. Keyser Street where the company was located, beginning at 8:30AM on Saturday, August 12th. Dr. Harold Smith will be doing a book signing at the Garrett Historical Society after the dedication.

We will have special hours on Saturday, August 12th, to help commemorate the Creek Chub dedication. We will be open from 8:45AM – 7:00PM. Dr. Harold Smith will be at the museum from 1PM – 3PM for a book signing of his newest book.
