Join us at the Garrett Museum of Art, located at 100 S. Randolph Street in Garrett, on Friday, April 19, 2019, from 6PM – 8PM to celebrate the opening of our next show featuring artwork by Robert Owen: BodyPaintArt.
This exhibit features a technique using acrylic paints that overlay Robb’s original photography, enhancing the look and feel of the photograph. His art can be seen at Noble Art Gallery in Albion, IN, and galleries in South Padre Island, Texas, and Harlingen, Texas. Robb’s studio, DECUS NATURALIS STUDIOS, is a movable destination ranging from an exotic vacation destination to his living room. He hand-paints not only his backdrops but the models themselves which makes for his unique art form and its ever evolving images.
The Opening Reception is free, open to the public, and all ages are welcome. The show will run from April 19, 2019 through May 12, 2019.
